I am in search of a quick candle mat for a gift exchange at work. The person who's name I got listed that she likes candles and Christmas ornaments. Since we are limited to $10 and nice candles cost about that, I thought I would make a Christmas candle mat to go with it. After all, I have tons of Christmas fabrics in my stash, so I don't have to buy it, and therefore don't have to count it in the $10 allowance....right? ;-)

Thanks in advance. Pics, links, etc would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, did I mention the party is next Tuesday?????

I just use a 6 inch block and put one layer of w & n in it. Works great for a candle mat, coaster, etc for whatever you need to set on it. They are lots of fun to make!
