I am aware of only one, the one that appeared in Quiltmaker and is now online as a free download. What does the other one look like?

In the block with strips, you can have three strips of equal width, or you can have the middle one wider, so long as the block equals in size the other block. For example, if you are using 6.5" unfinished blocks, you could use 2.5 + 2.5+ 2.5, or you could use 2 + 3.5 + 2. I usually like the middle strip to be wider, but that's just my preference...

I have been making Warm Wishes for a while, but mine seems to be a little different. The outside fabric on the rails match the squares they touch and the inside fabric matches the squares they touch on the sides.
In the red and black one, the rails are flowers, red, black. This makes it appear like there are 2 different size blocks. You can still make the center rail wider than the outside rails so long as the block is still the same size.
The red one is 9x13 blocks. That's 117 blocks.
Depending on your arrangement, you will need approximately
58 rail blocks
24 solid red (to match the inside of the rail)
18 black (to match one side of the rail)
17 flowered (to match the other side of the rail)
The squares were all 5" unfinished. The rail was 2" strips.(also 5")
With 4" borders it finishes at 48"x66".

You can use the same layout with 6.5" squares. 2.5" strips (6.5"). if you need a larger quilt.
With 4" borders it finishes at 62"x86".

Now you have MORE choices! Enjoy, Ann

Elnan....I think it was meant that there are two sizes given in the instructions for yardage....the first column is for a Long Double Size and the second column is for a twin size. Good luck!
