I have my quilt loaded on the frame and the border seems wavy can I work the fullness in as I quilt and will it show? other than taking it all apart I'm not sure what to do.

smooth it out as well as you can, and quilt it= watch for wrinkles and smooth it as you go, you should be able to ease everything just fine and when the quilt is finished, bound and washed/dried you will never know it had a bit of a wave at this point.

I don't know how it is loaded on your machine but the best way I found to control wavy borders is to quilt them vertically. If you make a faux piano key design on the wavy border, it will use up extra fabric.
