Smile Wedding Pattern

Hello everyone. My granddaughters boyfriend just asked our permission to ask her to marry him, how sweet of him. I would like to make them the quilt that has the bride and groom on the front. Does anyone know the name o the pattern and where I can get it. How difficult is it? Thanks

I'm one happy Nana

I would think it would be difficult unless you got a photo of them together printed on fabric professionally. Here is what Google has listed for Wedding quilt patterns:

http://farmquilter.blogspot.com/2014...t-hanging.html - whole quilt and
http://farmquilter.blogspot.com/2014...-finished.html - details and link to free pattern for the heart part of the quilt

I think it would be easy to put the bride and groom pictures on the sides of the hearts, down by where the hearts over-lap or you could put their pictures inside the hearts easily too. This is a quilt that I made for my daughter for her wedding. I did pattern testing for the two hearts and then I made up the borders to get it as large as my daughter wanted (king sized).

ManiacQuilter2, I don't actually want their pictures on the quilt. I saw a quilt, on here I think, where there was an applique of a bride and groom. I am looking online, I'm sure I'll find it.

How sweetly old-fashioned! I would love to see it when it's done.

That is beautiful with a silhouette of the bride and groom. Please do show picture when you finish! Sounds like a sweet guy for your DGD.

Google free coloring sheets for a bride and groom. I've used many and with a little change sometimes, they work out great. There is also free clip art, but I've not used that.
