My quilting friends and I are going to buy the templates to Flynn's wedding quilt method. We are buying the book and 2 different sizes of templates. Does anyone have experence with this or help they can offer? Thanks.

I have not used the Flynn templates or pattern for the Wedding Ring, but I have used the Red Hawk template.Originally Posted by skothing
I took a class with John, and found that he made it very easy with how his templates were made, to sew a very complicated pattern, easily. He was an engineer, so he is into very precise work, and his templates make it easy for the quilter to be precise too!

No I have the Quiltsmart book, template and interfacing. Also have Egg Money Quilt book from Eleanor Burns

I made the double wedding ring quilt using Shar Jorgenson's templates. It was very easy. It is not a quick quilt but so rewarding when you are done
I have some of his other templates and I really like them :D:D:D
