I'm sure the warehouse items that are selling for $1.00 per pound were picked over, but there really isn't a selection of suitable quilting fabrics for sale. I bought a couple of partial bolts of close-to-cotton fabrics, but all the fabric contents were listed as "undetermined origin." As always, the items in the main store are great, but the warehouse sale isn't worth the trip unless you are looking for upholestry-type fabrics. My DH was kind enough to accompany me today and he found two small pieces of fabric to use for a drop cloth for our next painting project. That was our best warehouse bargain today.

Moral of the story: If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is

But please don't get the warehouse SALE confused with the wholesale side of the store. I didn't buy a thing from their sale tables because it was just a jumbled up mess of junk to me.

I am sorry that you were disappointed :( I don't care for the sales where I have to pick through tables piled high with multiple types of fabrics either... It would be different if I sewed other types of things more often... :D:D:D

The storms had just passed out through when we left the Little Rock area around 12:30. We had a lot of rain and wind with some minor limb damages, but nothing like Mississippi! So sorry for all those folks in the Yazoo City area.
