I have 7530 pfaff that I just love. Recently I have been trying to quilt with the dual feed engaged and quilt with decorative stitches.
When I do this, the stitches are distorted. If I disengage the IDT, the stitches look the way they are supposed to. I think I should be using the IDT to quilt so I have a problem.
Help?

Thanks for the reply.
I talked to the dealer today and he said it doesn't work well with decorative stitches that need to use the reverse. He said to check which foot is recommended when the stitch is chosen and it will indicate whether IDT will work.
