I think I must have messed up changing the blade in my Fiskar because it never worked correctly after that. I went back to my Olfa. I did like the retracting blade on my Fiskar, however.

I had to have the sales people open up a few packages and try them out. With arthritis and fibro, I needed one that fit well and didn't place undue strain on my hands and wrist.
So many designs and choices now :D:D:D

A Martelli. I have shoulder problems and I can cut a whole lot longer with the Martelli.

    Hi Guys,

You have to remember that I am in the UK and limited to the major brands only..... I would love a martelli, but they do not sell over here in the UK

    Hugs

I have several ... different sizes, different brands. The last one I bought is the winner, hands down. It is Olfa ergonomic rotary cutter (45mm). I have other Olfa cutters, but none like this where the blade pops back into the safety zone when I let go of the handle (it also has a blade lock, but I never use it). It's for left- or right-handers. This one is plastic, but when I bought it, I saw a metal one with the exact same ergonomic design for over $60.00 ... waaaay out of my budget.
