Default Mini project done

I am pitching in on a Secret Santa project. (yes, still going on.) I recipient loves fish and is a crafter. I have some lovely fish fabric given to me by a friend...this fabric is way prettier in person. .I hand quilted the top of the hotpad with one layer of batt, then added another layer of batt and insulbrite..... love the result! thanks to all of you who gave me ideas and suggestions....you guys are the best!
