    If it's that ornery after being washed and dried - I would get rid of it.

    I just don't have the patience to fight with that kind of wonkiness anymore.

    What will it do the NEXT time it's washed?

    I agree. I might try to starch it but most panels are cheap. That's not worth the trouble.

    Buy some nice kid novelty fabric and sew 3 or 4 borders around it. Just as cute as a panel. And you can make it square!

    I agree - after you get it looking "square" you could put a sashing around it to stabilize it.
