Maybe gear them towards teaching kids to quilt.
I actually like rotary cutting more than I do with scissors, since it's closer to being accurate. I might do the doll quilt kits too... maybe even the smaller quilt kits too... My last quilt top was based on a quilt kit I had, for size and what not. I no longer had the fabric for the kit since windex ruined it... but thats no longer a problem... speaking of windex I should probably go straighten the living room! lol

with a home printer you can print up really cute labels and put the kits in simple lunch sized paper bags. Maybe use a hole puncher to put a couple of holes in the bag foldover to thread through and tie a bow. Cute and inexpensive!

I'm sure you will do just fine selling your quilt tops.

What about holiday themed doll quilts?

Sometimes people will pay more for a small item than for a larger item.

Valentines - Halloween -Easter - Christmas - Fourth of July -

    Or door banners?

I'm thinking you might have better luck with smaller finished items than a larger item that isn't "done"

For a "fund-raiser" type of thing, I might part with $3 for a pot-holder, but not $20 for an unfinished quilt top.

See thats what I'm saying! I don't want to make people pay too much for just a quilt top. I would like to just complete them and then sell them that way, but I don't have enough fabric to make two backs, and I don't have enough batting either. Well, I do have cotton/poly blend batting, enough for the one quilt I think... but I'm not sure as to what I'd do for a back... I'll figure it out.
