When I am working on my quilts and need to roll it up to work on it, I use quilt clips. Quilt clips don't work, they won't stay where I put them, and unrolls the quilt. What else can I use??

I use 2 or 3 large safety pins. Just be careful as to not poke or pull big holes in the quilt.

I've seen some on here mention those binder clips (not paperclips) used to hold papers together. I haven't tried it myself ... yet ... but I plan to.

I would have never thought of the headbands. What a great idea. Thanks.

I have used the big size binder clips and they work well. I have also used them for binding when I'm hand sewing it down.
