I bought a bunch of fabric off Craigslist. In the bundles of yardage there was about 10 yards of flannel with a sticky, rubbery backing. Does anyone know what to do with this?

Old flannel like that was used to protect mattress... could it have got to hot and it is starting to disintegrate?

We called them Diaper Pads. You'd lay one down when you changed the baby to protect everything else. I never left home without at least one in the diaper bag. I have no idea where my mother got them.

I guess it goes in the garbage. What a waste, but the back is to sticky to use.
