What a lovely story, it brought tears to my eyes. Best wishes to you and to Lily and her entire extended family.

I can hardly type for the tears in my eyes. How wonderful that your daughter had the quilt to comfort her and how great that your grandaughter recognizes and appreciates the value of the quilt in terms of the love and caring that went into it. You are very blessed.

It is amazing how the "little" people in our lives can bring so much happiness.

Oh! Wow. What a heart warming story. What a smart little girl to realize how special this quilt is to everyone.

Very special indeed. I feel your pain with them living so far away. My granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law, live 1000 miles away.
