Quilting cottons that I can find on sale. I love batiks, 40's, and blenders.

Black. I tend to incorporate black into my designs so I end up having to buy black fabric for them.

My stash will outlive me....so....I'm trying to find TOT blenders to use with the vast amount of focus fabrics that I have collected.
Those darn Batiks keep calling my name tho..... I remember when they first came out maybe 10 or so years ago and it seemed that NO ONE wanted them and they ended up in the clearence section. Of course, that is when my collection began and I just kept adding all I could find to my stash. I just LOVE to pull out some of those ''oldies but goodies''

I like the batiks too; have a lot of them but don't use them much. I am afraid I will use one and want it later for something and not be able to get any more. I also like collections since I seem to have a terrible time coordinating fabrics. I always sewed apparel so everything always matched, now with quilting that is not the case and is very difficult for me to wrap my mind around it.

I've always worked with batiks and blacks. For some reason now when I'm in a fabric shop I'm drawn to large, dark floral prints--burgandies, blacks, navies with large flowers. What am I going to do with them??? Who knows, but they sure are beautiful LOL.

I buy mostly Moda Marbles and Moda Bella solids, that way when I'm in a shop and a gorgeous print catches my eye, I can be fairly certain I'll have complimentary colors for it at home.

I buy collections and charm squares. At this time in my life I do not enjoy putting together my own fabric selections. I like piecing and finishing the quilt with fabrics that I know are designed to work together. I enjoy batiks, 30 fabrics and beautiful florals. I guess that I pretty much just love fabric.
