I would have to say the one I have is similar but NOT a Kenmore. It is a delightful little machine. It is very light weight right about 11 lbs and sews beautifully. Mine still has tags from when it was sold.

It came in a suitcase heavier than the machine.

I would say the weight rivals the Featherweight.
Here it is inside the suitcase

I just had to put a little lace on it... I couldn't resist making it all pretty.

This Kenmore was made in the 40's... and has a "godzilla" finish. It's the machine I taught myself to sew on when I was 12 years old. Mom bought it new, with a cabinet. I loved it! It was the beginning of my love affair with the sewing machine.

Must be a guy taking the photos, they only take of photo of the back with the motor, to them that is the most important part!

It says Kenmore on it and that is Sears. Don't know anything else about it.
