What is the name of this block pattern?

This is a picture of one of the blocks in a quilt top that I purchased from an estate in 2006. It was all layered and basted together ready for quilting. So I put it in my hoop stand to hand quilt it. It has been in the hoop ever since. I quilt on it once in a while but obviously not often enough to get it done. LOL
I am determined now to get it finished. Started last Friday to quilt on it for several hours a day so it will get done. The vacuum, dog and late cat have taken a toll on the polyester batting around the edges though. I will have to replace the batting on the edges before i quilt out to them. Was wondering what pattern this is. Any help identifying it? Thank you.

I know this block as Goose Tracks and also as Lilly. Usually the design is repeated 4 times in a single block when made by those names.
