    I think the quickest way would be to chain piece all your HST's, arrange the HST's as you want then chain piece again until it's done. If you want some tips on chain piecing and keeping track of your blocks I would be happy to share my method.

    Gale, if you want to try the grid method for making multiple HSTs, these are pretty good instructions for it http://www.quiltchat.com/lessons/halfsqr.html
    It's a lot faster than single HSTs once you get the grid made and copied.

    I'll check that out-thanks. I think at the very least, I would make bigger ones and then trim down.
