I love the Blooming nine patch quilts with Kaffe fabrics. You would need a few more pieces to round out your selections.

dotcomdtcm uses a lot of kF fabrics, maybe she has an idea. Her quilts are gorgeous using his fabrics.

Random thought, what ever you do, use a medium to dark brown solid or tone on tone as your accent color ? Just my reaction to your colors. They would "pop" with brown.

I did a quick search on this site and found this:

Double four patch alternating with and uneven nine patch. Choose complimentary colors - lighter and darker - would look great.

I have some KF fabric I just can't bring myself to slice up either so I feel your pain.

[QUOTE=Dakota Rose;7800495]Jenny Doan did one with half hexies cut from 10" squares and sash it with 1 1/2" black strips. Sure makes them pop. A senior momtent and I can't remember the name of it. Pattern is in one of her BLOCK magazines and the video is on YouTube. I think you mean "sashed Half Hexies"

With them having large patterns a stack 'n' wack would look great.

I used Missouri Star Quilts "sashed half hexi " and it came out beautifully.

I have seen at least 3 Kaffe Fassett books in my local libraries. They show dramatic ways to put together his fabrics. Any chance you can track one down for inspiration?

I really love Amy Smart's Boho Girl quilt pattern for large scale fabrics. It's a pretty simple design but it really showcases fabrics that you don't want to cut into small pieces. Add a blender or two with something for sashing (maybe a navy blue or burgundy red, or even a lime green with your fabrics?) and you're good to go.
