DH and I just returned from a wonderful visit to our LQS...Mama'a Quilt Shop in Independence, Louisiana. We were first time customers and couldn't have been treated any nicer by Brenda (owner), Robin, and Brenda's 90 year old mother, "Mama"! We must have visited for two+ hours. In fact, DH is now ordering his own sewing machine! They invited us to join their weekly 'sew-ins'. And OMG! fabric for dayzzzzzzzz!!! Needless to say, we will return...often!

Thanks for letting me share,
Denise

I love when any business treats me that way. Of course then I have to buy something because I feel guilty if I don't! I guess it goes back to great customer service. They have just earned repeat customers and maybe even a few more from the board.

Kudos to them!

lol...oh, we bought! And they even give a little punch card for your purchases, then when you spend so much, you get a free yard of fabric! We are still talkin and lookin at the new fabric!

It sounds like a wonderful shop. They know what customer service is all about. I wish I lived closer.
