This was the winner of a Quilt Show many years ago and I've never forgotten it. It was a mozaic Phoenix done with 1 inch squares. I would never attempt it even if I could get the pattern. But talk about amazing It is definitely one of my dream quilts. And it was in the yellow, orange, red color palette that I dearly love.

My dream quilt would be soft pinks, greens and yellows. Not sure of which pattern I would want. Those are my favorite color combos.

Double Wedding Ring. Well, now that I think about it I have more, bargello, whole cloth, but the DWR is my "someday" quilt.

I think those colors would be very nice. I also would love a landscape quilt with the various places I have visited.

A red and white Burgoyne Surrounded in queen.
I knew I'd never live long enough to make it
My good fortune came when a friend, who knew how I loved it, suggested that my SooNipi guild members make blocks for me when I stepped down after 6 years as president.
I need three more blocks; bringing everything to a weeklong Quilter Retreat this June to finish and assemble the top for quilting.

Right now, it's a Dear Jane, but I'm working on it.
