if you google junk jeans lady or junk jeans people she has all kinds of patterns and ideas they make wonderful vests also I made an upside down jacket with one pair I am fortunate enough to be able to go to another seminar with the junk jeans lady next Fri at the Phoenix sewing festival good luck they are fun to work with and many things you can do with them

you can use this idea to make one of the ski skirts that are so popular today....

I love making raggedy quilts for the car from them but at the moment all my ladies have been making totes, in all sizes for shopping and holding quilt mats etc. for class, they come out so well and are so hardy. This is a pic of one that I made over 5 years ago, well loved and used

I wear a size 16-18 and if anyone doesn't like what's covering my butt, they don't have to look at it. That said, and to get back on the subject. Does anyone have a pair of those blue patchwork style shorts, if so, here's what you can do with them. I have a pink skirt of this material I got at a yard sale in case I could find a use for it. I think you could use light weight jeans for the sashing.
