Mine is only to buy fabric once I have looked at my stash and absolutley can't use what I have to do the quilt I am going to make - no more fabric for awhile --.

I don't make New Year's Resolutions (because I'd never keep them)...but I intend to keep finishing up old projects between the new ones, and to work on Christmas projects between some of the others. I took a day and cut out a few tree skirts and some other quilts, so now that they are cut, they are more likely to be assembled!

I intend to learn how to paper piece this year. I should get some introduction to it from my free Craftsy BOM class in March and am looking forward to it. DH now wants a Mariner's Compass quilt (extra long length) with smaller compasses around the outer edge. No pressure here!! LOL!

My plan is to buy no new fabric until my stash is substantially whittled down and to finish my pile of quilt tops. I'm off to a pretty good start too!

My first promise was to clean up and organize my sewing room. That accomplished, I promise to keep it that way. Then finish all the UFOs and projects lined up in trays. Also, to shop my stash first.
