Does the box of misc. blocks and squares from my DH great grandmother count? She died in 1936 at 100 years old.
I think of my very own is a GFG that I started 5 years ago. I hope to finish it before I die:):)

Hmmm, well if inherited UFO's count, then mine is a tin of yo-yo's that my DM was sewing in the 1970's. I counted them and there aren't nearly enough to do a bed sized quilt of any description, so not sure what I'll ever do with them, except cherish the memory. My first (and second) quilt top(s) from less than a year ago remains unfinished. Hopefully I'll get to them before Christmas.

I have a basic, queen-sized nine patch that's probably 15 years old. I didn't sew for a very long time and now I'm backed up with projects.

But I take her out and think about her every once in a while.

My first quilt, a TATW in "exquisite" Rag Shop calicos, ca. 1999-2000.
(Who knew there were other fabric choices?)
It's in a bag in a box at the bottom of a pile in the back of a closet.
It did see the light of day a couple of weeks ago.
And then I immediately put it back in the bag in the box in the closet.
Where it will remain for another decade.

I have a watercolor wallhanging top that I hand-pieced 14 years ago. I'm waiting for inspiration as to what to do with it! ;)
