I have read the term "squishy" in multiple postings. I realize it is something that makes people happy when they get it. But what the heck is it?

A squishy is a soft package.. like those yummy manila bubble envelopes , that has a soft gift inside.. frequently gifts of fabric, etc. Or fabric that has been ordered and finally comes "home" to you.

I got a squishy package yesterday that wasn't so squishy. 8 yards of fabric crammed into a priority USPS envelope! It was taped to death to keep it from bursting but it got here.

Thanks for the thought. I'm pretty happy as is. What I need is a squishy wrangler. My sewing room is out of control and my last few purchases have not found a home yet.

Ooooooh, I hear ya. I lost control of my room and all the fabrics, books and gadgets quite a long time ago. Somehow one of my diningroom chairs even ended up in there. (I like the thought of a squishy wrangler, lol.)

Me too! Don't know which is nicer -- getting one or receiving one :D

They are always nice to get, but I love sending them and then being on pins and needles until it arrives! So much fun, like getting someone something special for Christmas, and then can't wait until they open it! :D
