I like the Harbor Freight ones. Inexpensive and great quality. Plus there's 2 in a package so it's really easy to tell if you tried to put 2 on the cutter :D

You have 2 blades together... I did the same thing one time... they're so thin you don't notice until that hapens. :)

More than one blade in the cutter - done it.. makes lots of slivers of fabric. They stick together because they oil them.
