Whch quilting jobs would you give to your quilting fairy?

If I could have a quilting fairy to help me out I would definitely give them the job of cutting my fabric for quilting! Which job would you give to your quilty fairy if you had one?

Basting the quilt! It kills me every time! Although it is slightly easier now I do it on a table instead of the floor, I still have to take loooads of breaks to get the job done!

Squaring up my blocks. I pretty much suck at it - not for the lack of trying! I have spent hours and watching videos and reading books. I just get all confused as soon as I put ruler to fabric. So yeah, squaring my blocks would be it.

To quilt it!! Can't have time to make many for veterans/Linus projects if I have to figure out and afford to have them quilted...

Me too. First off I'm terrible at quilting and that is probably why I despise it. I can't pay what it costs to send them out and then donate them( which is primarily what I do).
I've gone so far as to "not make a quilt" because I couldn't find a way to quilt it simply with straight lines.
and SITD really isn't all that attractive.

So a "quilting fairy" for me please.

This one is easy! My quilting fairy can do all the borders! Oh, how I wish I had a quilting fairy.

Too funny! I love designing and cutting and don't mind piecing, squaring, borders, basting, or binding at all. What I'd gladly hand off (and often do) is the actual quilting. Everything else, for me, is pure pleasure. Sounds like we should start a quilting cooperative!
