Default Quilted replacement pads for metal folding chairs

I was at the Mancuso quilt show in Hampton, VA last weekend and saw a very attractive metal folding chair that had a quilted replacement seat pad and back on it. The vendor ( I have no idea who it was.) was selling the pattern, which I did not look at closely. Wouldn't you know, yesterday my oldest son asked if I would consider replacing the pads on their folding chairs! I did a google search and didn't come up with anything. Does anyone know where I can get this information?

that link shows a very pretty folding chair, indeed. god luck with your project. i replaced pads many years ago. the difficult part is to reconnect the pads to the chair tightly.

A Notion To Quilt in Shelburne Falls, MA has a pattern for one and I'm sure Becki, the owner, would send it to you if you wanted to purchase it.

I checked out the link. Cute chair..But, I'm sure that could be done without a pattern, it seems to be the same as re-covering a padded dining room chair.
