I am not sure either, but the neighborhood friend did ask for one. And I have two different offers of sending me the one pattern, so again QBers have come to my rescueto help another quilter. QB members really do help one another quickly and with a smile.

If the site thinblebug6000 posted is the block you are looking for it is nothing more than squares and half square triangles. Decide what size you want your finished block and go for it. Looks easy easy ! ! ! Drew it off for myself, and I think you could also use 1 square in the center instead of 4.
