Asking a seamstress to mend is like asking Picasso to paint your garage.
They aren't in most JoAnn's, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby stores. At least not in my area. I get these Lady you are nuts look when I ask about them or explain what I want. When I get the deer in the headlight looks from a store employee I turn and leave immediately.
Got fabric?
I got some in Michaels, in a bag hanging on the peg wall near the small acrylic paints. I've seen similar at Joann's, but they were near the x-acto knives, not near the paints. Seemed like a strange location to me. I don't often use that tip now. I found a small bottle with a long narrow tip that has a snap on cover. Got to be careful not to squeeze too much, as the tip is a little bigger, but it is easier for me. I didn't like cleaning the small metal tip.
Micheals carries them, thats where I got mine

They are made to fit the tops of the paint bottles to make fine lines and outline with paint. That's where you will find them. I use them in my paiting.
