    Meditation really works for me to remember. I know exactly where I put my grandmother's quilt but it's not there. I hope I'll find it behind something one day.

    I try to remember what else I had that needed to be put away - and it's probably there. I once put a package of tampons in the freezer. That woke me up.

    Of course it will be the last place you look. I agree, though, check the cupboard, refrigerator, dishwasher. In the bag of fabric. Just ideas from someone who has "Senior moments".

    My guess is that you inadvertently set something on top of it. Fabric? Mail?

    i had an apple pin cushion my friend gave me i misplaced it and was mortified i cleaned in my sewing room one day my hubby laughed because i was searching for something so small but i managed to find it under my cutting table underneath some pretty fat quarters that fell also. you will find it.
