With my increasing stash I've started cutting my own 2.5" strips and putting them into co-ordinating stacks. It's working for me.

after buying some -that were not near accurate-and with my huge stash I always cut everything now

I haven't yet but will try it sometime. I have some Moda to use for now.
I know they're more expensive but they are so darn cute! :D

I cut everything. I am very accurate with my cutting and I don't find cutting fabric a chore.

I do! That way I can also modify the patterns that are geared for them and not waste anything. Sometimes I want to reduce the scale of a block to a 2 inch strip , or smaller
Just once I purchased .. it was not as accuarate of a cut as I could have done... so I saw no value.

Great idea!! Do you cut one or two strips for yourself from each material????? I don't know how jelly rolls are pkg'd???
I've bought the others and they have 2.... Oops, I guess I just answered my own question..... brain freeze, sorry hehe

Those of you who bought pre-cut jelly rolls and found that they were not cut accurately... would you mind sharing with us what brand they were?
