if you haven't tried the dissappearing 9-patch - go for that. looks super fancy, but is really easy!

What about the 10 min. block. You can make the quilts to fit the kids.

Wow--I don't have any suggestions; just want to say how much I admire her!

Others have come up with good suggestions, so I'll just say
God Bless you. It's a wonderful thing you're doing.

What about strip quilts? Like if you had 3 or 4 inch strips by WOF and sewed them together for a quick quilt. Could do a quick SID if you wanted to.

Or panels with a border.

That's all I can think of right now. You're amazing for doing this!

That is a good idea. I made several like that with Deb Umphress at the Project Lionel booth at Quilt Fest. If you PM Deb, she can give you some really cute, really fast ideas.

I bought the pattern from Clotilde, but it's basically one Huge log cabin block, toddler size. Very cute, very easy. If you want to buy the pattern, it's called "Baby Steps"

Ditto....I'm making them right now and it takes no time to make. I just used the same material in the middle. She also shows other blocks to make in another video.
