9 and half weeks ago I broke my leg and was unable to do any quilting as I had to raise my leg as it swelled too much in the cast. It took so long to heal. But I am now free YIPEE, but my leg still feels ailien to me. But watch out sewing machine and fabric I am back with a vengence to try again to do my Mother in Laws lap quilt. Happy Days. Wish me luck guys.

Having an injury and not being able to quilt because of it can really make you hungry for that machine. That's what started me quilting so many years ago..... Had a break in my wrist that wasn't discovered until the bone wouldn't heal. I was in a cast for a year and a half..... I was so ready to make the quilt that had been staring up at me from a magazine cover....... and I haven't stopped since.

Glad to hear that you're back stitching again.... Yeah!!
