I've put 3 million stitches on my Bernina in 8 months. And hardly any of that is embroidery. For those of you with computerized machines that count stitches, what's your total stitch count?!

I have a Brother 4000D with 9,000,000 stitches. Of course it was used when I bought it. Does that count?

Thats kind of what I thought. I don't remember just what the count was when I bought it. I also have a Viking SE and it only has 200 hrs on it. It is still like new.

The stitch count is a good indicator if you need one. Some newer machines seem to count in stitches, others in hours.

Never thought about stitch #s. Wonder how many mine has. It is about 45 years old........made most all of my 4 daughters clothing when they were younger, and mine, and DH shirts. I lost count of the quilts about 30 years back. I suppose I have a few stitches on that baby!!

I think I have the same bernina you have. The 440. How do you find how many stitches you have sewn
