The reason you've been having trouble finding it is that it is out of print. We used to carry it - and we still would, if there was any more to be had.
But... we sold the last of it to a customer in Australia.
Which is right next to New Zealand.
Proving that it's a small world, after all...

There is a similar fabric from the followup collection - Going Places - it's not sold as a panel, like the playmat is, because though the design repeats the roads just keep going and going, so it can be used as continuous yardage:
