    Will this photo come through?

A picture of how my daughter uses the applique quilt I made for her years ago.

Nooooooo, get the dog his own blanket! Oh well, I guess you can always make another but use an easy pattern for the next one.

Maybe she was using it on the sofa & the dog hopped up & decided he liked it too? I can see that happening in my house with my dog & cat. They both luv to get on my quilts!

Nowadays, I only meander or stipple quilt on quilts to be used on furniture in my home. I give my four-legged children run of the house and furniture. Except for a bit extra wear and tear, they have not destroyed anything. They give me so much pleasure in return that it more than compensates for the extra wear and tear. That said, I would never put my hand-appliqued quilt on the bed==

My dog never paid attention to my ottoman until I put a quilt across it. Now that is her preferred sleeping spot during the day.
    Got fabric?

Ouch! How do you feel about the dog using your beautiful quilt?
