    Maybe Irish Chain? Take a look at the one posted in todays newsletter under pictures "Scrappy Christmas Irish Chain". The big block could be the white with the writing, then the 9 patches with the others. ALL by hand, really? You go girl!

    That's a really good idea...will go look at that quilt....thanks....and yes ma'am...gonna do it all by hand....

    I agree with Gerri B. Needs a light color. Maybe a white or light tan

    I like Warm Wishes for this, too. The white would be your feature fabric. Very Easy quilt that always turns out well. You can do any size blocks by making sure that the pieced block is square and the same size as your feature block. Here's the free pattern. http://www.quiltmaker.com/patterns/d...html?idx=5185_
