    Here is another color........medium blue for the flange and then bind in same color as border fabric. Using the flange to stop the design. And the border is then the frame of that picture

    I like the blue piping. It helps set off the boarder more. Gives it some more pazzes (sp?). You have done an awesome job. Keep it up. K
