I went to a sale this weekend and purchased a new ruler. Its by Creative Grids. It too has the built in grids on the back and I am so happy I purchased. My old ruler use to slide all over the place. Love it!

Prices were not as bad as I thought they would be, but cannot afford to replace all I have. Enjoy.

I won the 12" square and the 6 x 24" Quilter's Select rulers as a door prize at a quilt show. I love them. And yes they grip the whole surface of the fabric not just in spots. I like that there is no 1/2" added to the rulers. You get exactly the whole inch from either side. I'm buying the largest mat as soon as the quilt shop gets them in stock. I am very impressed with the small size mat I bought. Oh and I have the rotary cutter ordered.
