I placed an order with fabric.com last week. As usual, I received it in less than a week. However, instead of the Moda Oasis jelly roll I ordered, there was a Moda Civil War Reunion layer cake enclosed. I emailed them to let them know of the error. Within 24 hours, I received a message back from them letting me know they were out of stock of the jelly roll, would I like a refund of my money or something similarly priced sent to me. I let them know a different jelly roll they could ship to me, which was sent out today. They also told me they had arranged for UPS to pick up the erroneous layer cake. Well, in the meantime I decided I kind of liked the layer cake and wanted to keep it. So I called them today and they said they would cancel the UPS order pick-up and gave me a discount on the price of the layer cake. Customer service was very friendly and very helpful all the way around. I just wanted to pass along what a great company this was to work with.

They are great, I've always been able to call with any questions and I'm so glad you are passing this on.

I, too, have always received great service on the items I have ordered from them, as well.
