Never thought I would say that, but found out last month that our friend"s son is gettin married this Sept. They live in the US & will be coming here in June. In my ufo's I had Magic Tile Blocks already made, so have been madly sewing them together for a queen size quilt. It will be ready for them to take back with them to give it at the wedding. Workded out well since I don't have to start from scratch, which would not have been done in time.

They can be great when you are broke or unwilling to purchase new fabrics. I have finished up 3 in the last month. Yay me!

Wonderful for you, smiles! By the way, I love your avatar. Could you show pictures of it and of the wedding quilt, if you have one? We would love to see them! :)

That is a great way to use a UFO. I'm sure they will love it.
