I HAD A ROOM IN THE BASEMENT WHEN WE LIVED IN LANSING AND IT WAS MY SEWING ROOM. DON'T HAVE A BASEMENT IN TRAVERSE CITY, SO USE A CONVERTED GARAGE.

I once had a basement like that same floor and all. Down here in Fl. we don't have basements and I sure do miss it. Great work area and you don't have to put it all away every time you work on it. Have fun. Sue
