When you are searching in online stores for fabric that would work well for OBW/Kaleidoscope/Stack-and-Whack designs, what do you search for? I tried "kaleidoscope" and got nothing close.

Thanks.

It really helps to get a fabric with quite a bit of "movement" in it. I made one from an Asian fabric that had wavy lines as part of the design. It also had a fairly large scale print. I was really happy with the way it turned out.
If you use a small print, you won't have much variety in your blocks.

this site has a section devoted to one block wonder fabrics

http://mybluebamboo.com/cgi-bin/Stor...oduct=2011_obw

even if you don't want to buy from them you can get a good idea about print size, style, and color
