Question Twister from Log Cabin blocks

I saw it somewhere , they used the log cabin block and used the twister tool to cut. It had borders like regular and the cabin blocks sewn together. Thanks if anyone saw it also.

I have not seen it. Do you mean they used the Twister ruler on regular Log Cabin blocks or are you talking about the Twisted Log Cabin blocks that are done with paper piecing?

the only thing i could find like you describe is this site that describes it but does not have a picture http://www.alzquilts.org/12324.html
it sounds like an interesting, but labor intensive, quilt.

while searching, though, i found this tut on the board for a twisted log cabin http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...in-t81954.html , just in case anyone is interest in it.

Yes the used the twiste ruler on log cabin blocks. I think I could figure it out but not sure of border size as my log cabin blocks are 12&1/2 inch.
