We're starting this over, ladies, so please spread the word!
These are the official guidelines for the Winter Table Runner Swap:
1. SIGN UP ends Friday, October 1, 2010. I will assign partners and let you know by Friday, October 8, 2010. You MUST send me, grammynan, a PM in order to get on the sign up list. Please indicate in you PM if you are willing to ship internationally.
2. MAILING DEADLINE is Monday, November 22, 2010 to mail your table runner to your partner.
3. SIZE: Minimum runner size is 12X36 inches. You may go larger, but remember we are making a table runner not a "table topper" which are round or square.
4. Materials: Use 100% cotton fabric. Be as creative as you want. Use any blocks, colors or fabrics that suggest winter to you. If both partners prefer, they may discuss colors and other preferences between themselves before the sewing starts.
5. LABEL: a label for the back of the runner is optional.
Please read the Rules for Swaps and Similar Activities here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-20154-1.htm
Please have fun with this and please be sure to thank your partner once you receive your table runner!

You are a sweetheart!! Swaps are so difficult to run and you can't please everyone all the time. Thanks for taking on this challenging task and listening to the concerns of the other board members. I hope it will be a great success and those signing up live up to the rules.
Good luck, and thanks for doing this.

Thanks so much for taking on this swap.I'm so pleased to be a part of it, the other runner swaps were so much fun and I'm sure this one will be as much fun. I love to see the completed runners. There are so many wonderful ideas out there and everyone is so good about sharing on this board!
