What does "candy" fabric mean? Does this mean fabric with candy on it or what?
Do you send 50 squares to each person that has a birthday in that month?

Candy fabric is just a term that we have adopted to represent 2.5" squares.
so all you would have to do if you join is send each person on their birthday(during their month is fine) a package with 50 2.5" square with all different fabrics.
then in return on YOUR birthday you will receive 29 packages in the mail!
