Hello everyone. I'm still busy getting my home back in order after have my BR closet fix and new tile place in the entryway. That prevented me from getting into my sewing room for 2 weeks. During that time I also had to work 5 13 hours shifts in 6 days. Plus celebrate my hubbies BD.So I'm getting back into the swing of things.
To answer a question earlier. I sort my blocks into color 1st, then I sub sort into floral, patriot, Christmas, children, stripes and circles, bright color with black background, solids, batiks or fabric that goes well with batiks, and cute blocks with pics on them. I have 2 plastic block containers that holds 5 rolls of candy fabric. With the AK Crossroad top I have used 2 complete rolls of candy. Like many of you I enjoy looking at my stash, and envision many projects for the future.
I will be sending out my squishes out at the end of this week or next week. I need to find more cards.
Anyway, Enjoy sewing or enjoy all your summer travel or activities.
I did finish putting all 90 blocks of the AK Crossroad quilt together. I'm still debating on the final 2 or 3 borders. So far I have only used my 2 1/2" squares or stash for background fabric. I'm trying to keep to my stash for my 2 borders. I'm adding 2 more borders to enlarge the quilt. Pic will be posted after I put on the borders.

Eek, Happylab... can't wait to see an Ark Crossroads that big! You are amazing.
Glad you'll be able to visit a bit more now. We are having a Christmas stocking QAL you can catch up on. That is... if you have any candy left, ha ha.

Eek! you ladies are so organized, I tries to do that last year and it drove me crazy. I just put the bundles in a drawer, well 3 drawers, and then do through them for the colors I need. Kind of slacky huh? Will have to think about that after my trips this summer. Good winter project when it's snowing and blowing and I hibernate in the house
