Hello everyone...
So I have been really busy with my part time bookkeeping job. So bear with me a few more days.
Meanwhile I have put in another request to PatriceJ to start the new swap in March. I will let you know when permission is granted and we can start our new birthday swap.
I also need to back and read some posts from the thread which I will do asap. I see we have some people that we are going to miss next year.

Ok, got another idea to share on how to use our birthday candies with a little bit of tweaking My new year's resolution is to use my scraps. Can you tell?
Angela Walters is hosting a "Midnight Quilt" show on you tube. Her latest episode is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-V3-9KzFQY and includes details for a quilt pattern called Town Square that is primarily made of 5" squares. This pattern could could easily be tweaked to utilize our candies.
If you'd rather just get the free pattern from Craftsy than watch the you tube video: https://www.craftsy.com/quilting/pat...l%20engagement

Absolutely! This group is 'home' to me... I'll be popping in to see what's going on and to say hello. I just can't collect any more candies until I use some of what I have. I'll be trying to do that and hopefully will be back the next year. I've loved 'birthdaying' with you all, all the years I've been a member of this great group. I was telling Barb she finally has the best group ever... In the past there have been problems with people not keeping their commitment, being lax about mailing on time, etc., but this past swap has been fantastic! Everyone has done so well. GREAT JOB, everyone! And thanks to Barb for always thinking of new ways to keep everyone involved and keep it fun. She's an awesome hostess.
