I think you are taking it fairly well Marybeth but to make sure your frustrations are all gone here's a suggestion...Put a pic of hubby on the toes of your running shoes, by the time the race is over you will have stomped the poor man in the ground and you'll feel better and have your gadgets back. Win win situation, just let me know how he looks at the end of the race. I might have to bring him a toddy too!
Vanogay, brat is naughty because she has her day and nights all screwed up. By the time she takes her dose of medicine at midnight, she's awake...then the little devil is all mischief!!! She has to do something with that idle time, poor thing she's yakking at us and we're ignoring her. Sorry "brat"...we gotta' do something about this. Should I start setting my alarm to keep you company? I've got to straighten up sewing room today, been getting boxes ready to send out and have stuff from one end of it to the other. Drives me nuts!!! so best getter done.

Jaba, I keep her company and attempt to keep her out of trouble. I have my days and nights mixed up too, then days like today I have to get up all early for an interview.. blargh. Wish me luck.

Good luck on the race Marybeth, I agree, maintain a steady pace and don't worry about time. I couldn't do one. I'm only able to get my large rear in motion for about 8 or 9 miles total in one stint. And my feet really don't like that afterwards.

hey I resemble that name, .. brat. I am however an angel in troubles clothing. or something like that. I have the table runner for my daughter all cut out and ready to finish. You see I cant cut at night without messing things up so I dont sew then either.. talk about zombie land. And I would so love to sleep at say 9 or 10 like some regular sleepers do but that doesnt work or if it does I have to get up at midnight anywhoo so there you go.. here I am! I will not post a single thing for 24 hours you watch me. if I forget oops
Vanogay, um.. me trouble? why never ever and singing? love to sing .. especially when you are in possession of something I need.. like a cool tablerunner then I might accidentally say and point at the same time "LOOK PUPPIES" everyone will look and the table runner.. well dont know where it went. No one is allowed to come to my home either the stacks are getting bigger by the day of pretty wall hangings and ornaments and.. you all have a wonderful 24 hours I will harass our dear baby girl here later tonight. She can report back to you how good I am.

I'm up with you both more than I care to think about. My internal alarm has been going off at 3 a.m. for don't know how long. Don't turn on the computer though, go downstairs and sew or cut or do something. Can always find something to do there.

ehheh I get some of my best sewing done between 1-3am. Seems to be the peak of my energy time and boredom because everyone else has wimped out and gone to sleep I also do a lot of homework at that time, and I spend days sitting around goofing off and planning and watching tv, etc.

Crud, have to get up at 11am again tomorrow. Ohwell. I should probably work on my Ethics discussion homework due tomorrow. I need to get packages out of my house so I can stop thinking about them.

My best work happens in the first 3 hours of consciousness and the last 45 minutes before the sleeping pills kick in. The other 10 hours of the day are kind of a waste.

I want to call the wambulance for you getting up at 11. We are up at 6:45 every day because it takes my rotten 8 year old 40 minutes to wake up and crawl out of bed. If I slept in any later, he'd never get to school in time.

The fall time change can NOT come any sooner. Seriously, why hasn't it happened yet?

I ALWAYS look forward to the fall time change. I love sleeping in.. obviously.. heheh I've never been anything less than a stabby crabby zombie before noon. But the problem isn't the getting up at 11. Its the getting up at 11 after going to bed at 7. hehe. I'm used to about 5-6 hours of sleep, I can function on 3 but it ain't pretty. I'm lucky tho, I have very little obligations at the moment and only crazy kitties and a dog for kids. They don't require me to take them anywhere. I'm enjoying it and letting my natural clock do it's thing, and that's.. 5-8am bedtime and a 12-2pm wake up. The first few days after trying to shift it back to something "normal" (who's normal?! can I beat this person up??) is really rough.

All around, less people get stabbed if I stay up late and sleep in late
